Return Policy

1. Return Period
   Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unopened products in original packaging.

2. Return Process
   Contact customer service at [email protected] to request a return authorization before sending back items.

3. Return Shipping Costs
   Customers bear shipping costs for returns due to non-quality issues. For defective products, we will cover return shipping.

4. Refunds
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

5. Non-Returnable Items
   Customized products, used items, and certain promotional goods are not eligible for return.
